游戏剧情没的说，完全可以当做一本西幻小说来看，但是游戏体验一言难尽。游戏延续了G1的传统，移动速度慢，堆怪严重，战斗系统拉胯，怪物的仇恨值高总是追着攻击。游戏的任务进程设置也有问题：放弃对话选项后就无法再次接NPC的任务；第四章选择合适的船长时，不同人选的任务互相干扰，导致Jorgen的任务失败。地图上没有任务标记是一大败笔，根据NPC的对话信息满世界乱找让人道心崩溃，尤其是在第三章打最后一条火龙的时候。游戏属于不买后悔，买了更后悔，推荐体验剧情的玩家全程开上帝模式
7/10 经典的高开放度的中世纪RPG
和现代设备兼容性有点难搞，战斗手感有点烂，有一些我不太喜欢的“硬核”设定（比如地图），但是剧情设计让我想到了新维加斯的网状叙事（甚至比新维加斯还早），不少任务和npc塑造也非常有趣，不模板化，第一次玩德式rpg，玩起来有很多不习惯，但是值得一玩
Win11 成功启动 尝试了 1. 游戏目录/Gothic II/system/Gothic.ini [Video] zStartupWindowed 0 改成 1 2. 右键 Gothic.exe 以兼容性模式运行 3. 分别搜索安装 Gothic 2 DirectX 11 Renderer 和 Gothic 2 SystemPack 网站叫 World of Gothic 是个德语网站，下载的安装包也是德语，如果不是那就找错了
玩了Gothic3以后才真正意识到Gothic2是多么好的作品，同样都是食人鱼公式玩法体验却天差地别
温10无法启动游戏弹出来Error-Message C:zMusic_DM.cpp(zCMusicSys_DirectMusic:Init0 ) Failed to initialize synth!然后无法进入游戏
