「彈幕憶星環 ~ Danmaku Surround Starry Sky」is a minimalist, single-stage danmaku (bullet hell) shooting game. A sudden anomaly in magic power and an unnatural starry sky appear above the ground. As the spatial administrator, "Meikei" ventures out to investigate, only to encounter "Seikan"—an observer who has guarded the starry sky for years but is now losing control. Driven by their own beliefs, the two engage in a decisive duel.

Single-Stage Multi-Phase Battle: The game features only 1 stage where players must dodge bullet curtains and defeat the sole boss, "Seikan," who possesses multiple health bars.
