Make your own products, from illicit substances to firearms, and turn a tiny setup into a serious business. Upgrade your equipment, buy properties, and expand your operation across the city. Build the supply to match your ambitions.

You’ve got an empire to run. You can’t spend all day doing everything yourself. Hire workers to keep production moving, send mules to deliver goods to your contractors, and put security on your safehouses. Get the right people doing the dirty work, then get back to growing your empire.

El Pepra isn’t going to hand over its secrets. Break into buildings to uncover recipes for illicit substances, weapon blueprints, and techniques for stealing better cars. While you’re out, pick a few pockets or swipe a vehicle and give the chop shop something to do.
