Hollywood runs on deals, and you’re the one making them. StarTalent puts you in charge of a talent agency in a living film industry. Hundreds of actors build careers, studios cast their films, and rival agents chase the same clients you want.

Find them before anyone else does

Talent doesn’t arrive with a stat sheet. Go to showcases, read the trades and follow the buzz. The more famous an actor is, the more the world knows about them. With the unknowns, you’ll have to scout and trust your read.

Make the call

Pitch, sign and negotiate by mail and phone. Clients answer, ask questions and walk away when you’re too slow. Every contract is a trade-off between money, prestige and the career you’re building together.
