Cascaders is a roguelike puzzle strategy game that pulls in mechanics of classic match gameplay to power a deep, satisfying combat system with practically unlimited possibilities. With over 96 QUNTILLION unique builds, there’s always a new way to find more power and claim more Souls!

Pick up and drag an Orb to rearrange your board, creating as many matches and shapes as you can before you run out of time. Matched Orbs move to your discard pool, and cascades pull from your remaining Orb pool. Modify your build with Charms & Skills – make a killer loadout that’s all your own! Charms modify the behavior of Orbs and their matches, while Skills are actively used and gated by cooldowns. There are hundreds of Charms and Skills to use to create your own build.

Combine Orbs, Charms, and Skills to customize your build! Charms apply passive effects to the gameplay. The Ash Garden charm gives cascading Orbs a chance to spawn as Fire when your enemy is Burning, while the Blood Magic charm removes your skill cooldowns but causes Skills to cost life. There’s also Double Tap, which causes cascaded matches to fire twice.

Skills modify the gameplay more directly. The Avalanche skill converts 5 Orbs to Ice on-use to make it easier to freeze the enemy. Or Midas Touch, which causes Orbs you match that turn to turn into gold – but they deal no damage, heal, or shield! Use the gold to buy rarer Charms & Skills at your next shop visit, and grow even stronger.

In Early Access, every run is asynchronous PvP. Pick your Orb loadout (5 Orb slots, 3 choices per slot!), choose a starting bonus from a random pool, and start battling the ghosts of other players’ builds, while your own build heads out as a ghost for someone else to fight! Every ghost you defeat drops gold and gives you Souls. Collect enough Souls to complete the summoning, but each loss costs you a life. After every fight you pick where to go next: the Shop to buy more Charms or Skills or modify your Orb pool, the Soul Altar, or sometimes a Devil’s Deal.
