WELCOME TO DEATH SWISHThis is Death Swish: a chaotic, aerial basketball, arcade rogue-like where every match you compete to liberate humanity from bloodthirsty corporate overlords. The GTFO (Goodbye To Flesh Operations) Corporation have ‘accidentally’ released a violent AI network, hellbent on shutting down all sports across the globe. One arena stands between them and total control and you are the last line of defence.

SCORE OR DIEPick up a basketball and drop into the arena. Shoot from range, hurl the ball through waves of enemies, or launch into the air for a slam dunk, then take your shot against The Keeper, an advanced AI defender that adapts to your every move and will do anything to stop you. Every run pushes your skill, aim, movement, strategy, reaction time and build to the limit.

BUILD YOUR BALLERLevel up and earn Swish Bucks with every match to unlock new gear, sharpen each run, and climb into higher tiers of competition. Your loadout is your lifeline. Equip melee or ranged weapons to either hand: guns, swords, axes, shields, grenades and more. Dual-wield pistols, pair a blade with a shield, or mix and match however you like. Each hand is your choice, opening up a huge space of loadouts to match your flavour. Collect unique basketballs that alter the way you play and unlock powerful jetpacks and sneakers that shape how you move across the ground and through the air.

Unlock a cast of playable characters each with their own backstory and attributes.

Every perk comes in five rarities, from Common to Mythical. Stack the right combinations to supercharge your athletics, combat skills and gadgets.

THE ENEMY AIThe GTFO Corporation have engineered a team of bloodthirsty defenders programmed to stop you from scoring at all costs.

These include:

The Keeper – Knows nothing but protecting the net and stopping you from putting a ball through it! Adapts to your play style to force you to change your play style accordingly. Can’t be killed but can be stunned if you hit him enough. Be careful not to get too close, he bites!

Swarmers – Hungry little nippers that swim through the air aiming to take you out for good. Simple on the surface but their behaviour and abilities evolve as the match goes on. Some will mutate into alphas, recruiting the swarmers around them into mobs and some will go psycho and break from the pack, coming at you kamikaze style. Keep an eye on them at all times!

THIS IS NO ORDINARY COURTThe Death Swish Arena is built for insane movement.

The court is a combination of trampolines and flat surfaces.

Trampolines allow you to bounce sky-high and flip through the air. The surfaces can be run on or slid across if you time your dive right, transferring downward velocity into slide speed.

Grappling hook targets are strategically placed around the arena allowing you to swing in any direction – useful when the Swarmers are on your tail!

Keep your jetpack boost topped up with nitrous tanks, placed conveniently around the court.

Flip and spin through the air to flood your adrenaline meter, enhancing your athletic abilities to absurd levels.

Supply crates fall from the sky sent from mysterious donors. These drop based on your performance and style so make sure you put on a show. These deliver power ups and rewards that can be the difference between life or death inside the arena.

Oh, and whatever you do, don’t fall off the edge.

CLIMB THE LEADERBOARDClimb the global leaderboard and flex your high scores across various game modes to find out who is the number 1 baller. What sport would be complete without some friendly competition?

MASTER 2 CHALLENGING GAME MODESIncluding:

DEATH SWISH – With every hoop you score a new wave of increasingly brutal enemies will spawn in and seek you out. Kill these enemies and score points to level up and unlock devastating perks along the way. The match is won when you score a set amount of points.

SCORE BLITZ – Go 1v1 with the goalie and score as many hoops as you can within a set time limit. Every goal adds time to the clock. Last as long as you can in this sports focused mode that will push your ball skills to the limits.
